Transformation Motivation?

Anyone here want to have a Body Transformation Contest with the sole prize being nothing but bragging rights and a ton more self-confidence? I have been having problems sticking with training on a regular basis, claiming I was too tired and stressed from work and from relieving my wife from "kid duty' after I arrived home from a long, stressful day at the office. question about swings - did I do something wrong?

Let me start off by saying I don't do swings very often. I don't own kettlebells, and I rarely do swings with dumbbells. I did this simple, short workout on Tuesday, and now (2 days later) my quads are STILL intensely sore - the kind of sore where you have a hard time walking the first 10 steps or so after standing up.
